My name is Kumarsankesh Sawang, I am using your account for earning and spending my salary on my family. Your bank freezed my account from last month. I spoke with your cc supervisor for submitting documents he told me thay our executive will come to my home and he will verify my address within 7 working days. The conversation was happened on 22nd July. I don't have money with me and no one come for verification.
You guy's are promising to customers for better service but i think you have to change your bank name from standard chartered to pathetic cheater bank.
When I open my account with your bank that time your executive was available in office now for verification purpose your ordering me to come in branch and your branch is not available in my area.
When I opened my account that time no one will told me that you have to resubmit your documents after 2-3yrs?
Why? because that time you need only customers for holding the account with your bank now for verification you have to send executive to our office or at home why your not thinking like this?
My mother is not feeling well and I don't have the access to withdraw money from ATM i have to visit bank withdraw money and then I need to take my mother to the hospital.
I will raise complaint against this insult and inconvenience to my family and i will definitely take help from social media to prove your bank status infront of everyone.
Today again i called to customer care to know the status he again raise the complaint and told me to wait for 48hrs.
Can you put yourself in my place and tell me why I have to wait? What you will do if this happens with you?
I am getting very frustrate because of my money is with you but it will not be with my family.
You will charge to customers for late payment and impacting on there cibil now i want the charges from you and unfreeze my account.
I want the cumpansation for this or I will file case on your bank.
I already sent an email to RBI related to this.
