Kotak Mahindra Bank - Credit card transaction without my permission

Sir/madam,
On 19th July at 11.53 am I got call from +912266749800 this number. The girl started talking about some Kotak General insurance. She said if in any case anything happens to my life, this insurance will help you. I said no I dont want. She transferred call to some senior. He also kind of forcing for the insurance. I said I will talk to my father and then will tell you.
Then after some time one guy called asking me to switch on the credit card from kotak app. I didn't understand why.
But anyways i needed to use my card. So I swiched it on after few hours. And payment of Rs 7062 was done automatically without my permission.
It says Kotak General Insurance
