Rs 1000 above deducted from my saving Account

Dear Sir/Ma'am

My name is Mohd Salim and I'm customer of Axis bank Branch Sec-16 Noida UP.
I have deposit only Rs 7000 through Axis bank Cash deposit machine in the month of Aug-22 but Rs 1000 above charged by Axis Bank and also Rs 1000 above deducted in July-22.
I'm continually follow up with Axis bank Support Team but there is no response receive from Axis bank. I'm asking refund my money but there is no response received.You are requested look into the matter and support me.
