Hello Sir-
I've taken personal loan from Kotak bank and I completed more than 12 months EMI without any issues. I just want to close the loan to pay total outstanding balance. I submitted the request on 27/06/2018, but they are saying it will take 15 days to close the account.
I'm don't have any documenation mentioned like this when they are issueed the loan. I requested to close immemdately as I'm ready to pay outstanding balance on spot. They just dragging 15 days and taking the interest from my pocket. This month interest also dedected from my account as they are not processed my request, simple dragging the issues due to take money from my pocket.
Would you please take the action and consider closing day from my request submission day i.e 27/06/2018. Not sure why they are taking simple delaying the 15 days to process my request as they are taking interest unnecessary
