Non transfer of funds complain against Bank of Maharashtra

Non-transfer of funds (Rs. 50,000/-) from my Bank of Maharashtra Account (No. 68005770650) to my SBI Account, (No. 11003779423) Deolali Branch (0360) using Internet Banking facility on 27/05/2016.
Although the e-statement and passbook statement of my BOM Account shows that Rs. 50000/- has been debited, this amount has not been credited to my SBI Account.

The transaction details from the Mahasecure App shows the transaction is pending.

The bank has acknowledged my grievance but has not refunded my amount.
