NOC of the Kotak PL not released even after a month of closure of loan

Hi Sir,

I was holding a Kotak SPLN Loan Account number 59603198 and it got completed on 5th June 2016 with the payment of the last EMI.

Since that day I was following up for the NOC of the said loan and getting date after date, without any firm resolution.

This document is needed for the financial clearance for Visa application.

I am not asking any undue but the legitimate NOC which must have been issued to me without any follow ups. Every time I am calling the bank and they are providing date after date without any firm resolution

Request for immediate action .
