Issue with ATM/Debit Card

My account number is 32160100015391 and my debit card associated with that account has expired. My base branch is Pune and currently due to work from home situation I'm in my hometown (Patna).

I have been visiting Bank of Baroda Patna branch in search of help that if they could please deliver my debit card at any of the Patna branches. Its been more than 6 months and no help has been provided yet. It's quite frustrating that just to renew my debit card I had to travel back to Pune (from Patna) and I have no place to live there because from last 1 year I'm in my hometown due to work from home situation.

I would really appreciate if any help can be provided in this matter.
