Regarding changing the college IFSC code in uploaded documents

Sir,due to change in bank the college IFSC code is changed,due to this i was not getting subsequent payment
Then asked my college to do mail to this spmubscc@bihar.gov.in mail id they did but still it is not updating
My reference number is 2527529
My financial condition is not good what i should do to get subsequent payment
