I had closed the Loan with them still they are deducting money from my bank

I had take an Aprilia Moto bike last year in Sep and in this year month of July i cleared the payment by making a full and final settlement... The lady said its all clear and don't need to worry now but for last two month's the money is getting deducted and they are bribing me... Please help
