Denial of Moratorium after approval.

ICICI bank charged bounce charges, penal interest etc. even after approving moratorium for home loan account No. LBMUM00002928522. Bank blocked my linked S/B account and forcefully debited the EMI. Even after confirming the approval of moratorium, bank later denies the moratorium and debits bounce charges. Complaints not addressed, except giving the excuse of COVID. Discrepancy found in the loan account balance.
