Atm transaction

I have withdrawal 7000 from IDFC bank ATM at hingna road on 4th March between 11to 12 noon, but it delivered only 4000 rs I didn't get 3000 .
Same day I had informed to bank but they didn't take my complaint,after waiting for auto revert process I again wrote to them, I have done transaction on 4 and 6 March but bank shows it on 2nd and 4th March ,two days mismatch I don't know why?
I don't have evidence as no service has been provided in lockdown period,even no passbook entry.

After few days enquiry they told me to wait for two months and when I enquired later they told me that nothing has happened,your application rejected.
I want 4th March 2020 video clip ( 2nd March as per bank) to be checked so that everything will be cleared.
