Hello RBL Bank Officials,
I have received a RBL Gift Card issued by Zaggle in month of March. The denomination of Card is 2000 INR. But since i have received the card its not working due to some technical glitch.
I have tried almost all mode of communication tried calling almost 15-20 times and following up on the email almost every alternate day (20-30 emails) but no help and no one bother to address the concern which is clearly visible from the email thread.
I am requesting you please take a look into this, Its clearing harassing the consumer rights.
