SBI credit card official negligence, drawback your presence on my defaulter credibility issue

Hi Sir,
Hope you are doing well.
The purpose of writing this Email is to drawback your presence on my defaulter credibility issue.
On September I was offered a credit card to which I agreed and accepted credit card from SBI Credit card personnel with a credit card limit of 1lakh +.
When I actually received the card it was 30k( or less approximately ,I don't remember) credit limit.
I have raised this concern with many calls to SBI and it and stated by them(SBI PERSONNEL) that all the issues has been resolved and no need to pay anything to terminate Credit card.
I was under the impression of all issue has been resolved and I clear from my end.
When I applied loan from other bank due to my family emergency .Loan agent has stated that I am defaulter as per CIBIL and loan cannot be availed as I don't have credibility.
As per me I am very calculated person and no dues are there.
When I investigated ,I found that SBI has raised compliant against me as defaulter in spite of being .
Please find attached documents and take action immediately ASAP as irresponsibility of SBI agents may ruin Innocent customers credibility.
