Fraudulent transactions occurred from my debit card on 29 mar 17 without my knowledge

I received a call from Airtel yesterday at 4:06 PM 29-Mar-17 as pretended by person (fraud call realized when SIM got deactivated) to send a request for a new sim.

as soon as I realized my SIM deactivated, I called airtel from one of my friend's number to block my sim completely but airtel ensured me nothing will be happened.


I didn't share any bank details with fraud person before deactivated my sim.

I requested airtel for blocking my number but airtel customer care lady Reena said it wont be any problem through mobile number for any transaction.

my number was activated but my sim was not working on my mobile post deactivated by fraud call,

5 transactions ( 19990 Rs each) have been done in my ICiCI account through paytm online as per told by ICICI.

I have registered FIR in Sector 40 Gurgaon yesterday itself around 9:45 PM 29-Mar-2017.

Kindly help me out to get recovery of my money as earliest as possible.
Pls keep me in loop for further investigation
