Wrong Charges of Rs 8500 debited complaint to Bank of India

Dear sir,

I am senior citizen having bank account (609010110003980) with BOI. On 13th Nov, BOI wrongly debited Rs 8500 to my above account (MasterCard recovery). I have been following with them for reimbursement as I have done no purchases but they are not doing anything to resolve this issue. More over no details are being provided to me on this debit.
