Dear Sir/Madam

As I never applied for below Credit Card & Loan -

1.As I accepted this Credit card & DD for Rs. Rs. 12000/- as loan on the basis of said Credit Card only after so many request made by HDFC Bank’s client or it’s agent. I received the Credit card but never used this Credit Card as mentioned in the HDFC letter.

Terms & Conditions: Neither mentioned in their covering letter along with said Demand Draft & nor mentioned by their agent on phone.

2. As I received demand draft for Rs. 12,000.00 in the end of Dec. 2015 & against which I have remitted Rs. 12,877 with interest (1st. installment of Rs. 2150/- for 2 Months ( JAN & FEB-16 ), 2nd. installment of Rs. 2144/- for 2 Months (MAR & APRIL-16), 3rd. installment of Rs. 2145/- for 2 Months (MAY & JUNE), & 6 installments of Rs. 1073.00 for July, Aug., Sep., Oct., Nov., Dec.2016 as per Bank’s receipts attached herewith & I repaid all the dues with in 12 months as per/required by HDFC letter). Once I have paid dues as per HDFC’s letter along with the DD. HDFC is charging illegal charges every month which totally wrong & against RBI rules & regulations.

3. Since beginning many time I have been sending messages to HDFC Bank to stop charging fake charges through their caller for payment, but they are failed to solve this problem.

4. I personally visited HDFC Bank Ltd., Plot No. 28, Block No. B-1, 3rd Floor, Community Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58, on 25th, May,2017 to meet Mr. Anuj ( HDFC’s Rep.) to solve this problem but he was not available in Office & I met some other Rep., he also could not solve my problem & he misbehaved with me. I asked him to waive off the illegal charges. But they did not do this so far.


Tortured by HDFC : Since starting of the above issue I have been pressurized & tortured a lot by HDFC Bank’s Representative/caller for nothing whereas I have deposited the installments cheques as mentioned below & paid the full amount with interest.
HDFC still keep calling me as usual for payment & harassing me so much & I am totally restless now a days. It is so insulting & I think it is a case of defamation as well.

I request honorable Court to settle this issue & get me rid off /relieve from the HDFC’s torture & mental harassment & penalize to HDFC Bank for repeatedly asking for money. So that in future they won’t be able to torture to any innocent.

Total Amount Paid: Rs. 12,877.00 paid with intt. according to HDFC letter alongwith DD No. 240575 dt. 19.12.15 for Rs. 12000.00 as loan amount.
