There was a fraud transaction which happened on my ICICI bank savings account for the amount of 26,900 on 4th Sep 2018. I reported the same to the bank branch in Tilak nagar on the same day. They took 45 days to investigate the same and after 45 days they denied to give me my money back. They also denied to provide the beneficiary's bank name to which the amount was fraudulently transferred. Please help me get my money back.
