ATM transaction timed out but money debited - Allahabad Bank

I have tried to withdraw 600/- rs from PNB bank ATM located at INDERLOK Metro Station, Delhi on Saturday (11-08-2018) at around 8:00 PM but the transaction was timed out and money has been debited from my account.

Now, after many days, I tried contacting customer support where none of the number is working and when I called head office, they said that they do not have any updates regarding the transaction. Please take necessary actions with Allahabad Bank.

Also, there are some numbers given in some websites stated as customer care numbers for Allahabad Bank. I called one of them and they were asking all debit card details to credit the amount back.
