Negative balance salary account in YES Bank and due to a shift

i had a salary account in yes bank and a few month i changed my job and the company i have joined opened my account in ICICI bank, as i was not using yes bank account i lost my documents, so now i am getting regular messages from yes bank that the balance in my account is -1263, i am not able to understand why they are making the account negative, that was opened by my previous organisation. and that's also against the RBI guidelines. kindly look into this and revert me as soon as possible because they are continuously making my account negative and increasing the amount.
