Dear Sir/Madam, when I was working with a private company I got a salary account in HDFC bank.after few years working I left the job (6 years) and now I am not getting salary. Taking this as an advantage the bank is adding penalty charges and account went to negative balance. Now when ever I get a small amounts for my surveillance also they are just deducting the amount.kindly help me in this regard.
