Card protection plan activated in ac without my permission since 2015 and lost Rs.13293

Hello Sir,

Got cheated by ICICI Bank. They have activated card protection plan in my ac without my knowledge and its been debiting 1899 every year since 2015.
They are not reversing my money back.
I'm a housewife and not frequent on checking bank ac.
Requesting to raise a complaint again there officials to get back my money.
