Sir,
With due honor I give below the following facts for your kind intervention to resolve the matter at the earliest
1. My father Late Ajit Kumar Battacharjee was an employee of Rifle Factory , Ishapore , expired on 21/09/1987,and my mother Late Aruna Bhattacharjee, family pensioner expired on 07/01/1990,
for the both ,PDA was PNB, Garia Branch (1431)
2. I am 75+ years of age and bedridden due to post operation of my hip joint, moreover I am short of hearing due to my old age.
In this critical situation, my own maternal uncle who is of 80 years
of age extended his kind hand to help me, I have deputed and
authorized my maternal uncle to liaise with the Sr. BM, Garia who
insulted ,rudely behaved and driven out him from his chamber
In this condition having no alternate I have lodged complaints
against the said Sr.BM vide DEABD/E/2020/71950,
PMOPG/E/2020/1019314 , DPG/B/2020/82728,
DOPAT/E/2020/28139.
3. Yesterday, on 08/12/2020 Mrs. Dutta instructed to submit the Photo Copy of Pass Book of Bank A/c , accordingly it was Emailed and photo copy attached. At about 3 Pm my maternal uncle contacted to Mrs. Dutta’s Contact no. 2430-5030 but very sorry inform you that she insulted and rudely behaved and instructed not to call her and she will not receive any call from my contact No.
It is not understood, how a public servant can behave irritatingly and rudely with the customers and refused to issue clearance certificate for which I am to deprived in getting my claims.
I would also request you to instruct Mrs. Dutta to forward the said certificate by registered post to the address as mentioned.
Please look into the matter.
