Complaint against Axis Bank, Nabapally Branch frauding with my Bankers Cheque..

Sir,On Jan 16. 2021 i submitted my SBI Bankers Cheque in Axis Bank Nabapally Branch to open a SBLBR account. The Branch gave me Insta Kit No:238255, my A/C No:920010062537452, Cust ID:899327926. On Jan 28 i got a message from Ax-AxisBk ''Your saving A/C application is on hold due to a discrepancy and is being reviewed by the branch. Contact your branch for further details''. I visited my branch afterthat but they could not tell me what my account condition was and how i can get my Bankers Cheque. They harrassed me not to tell me the information. Please look at my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Thank You.
