Atm withdraw 1000 but deducted 5000 from atm

I am minoti haldar my account no is 4593000100043326 I withdraw 5000 on 24-1-2021 at 10:04 pm but atm withdraw only 1000 but from my account deducted 5000 then I registered the complaint to customer care but customer care people said in our system showing 5000 withdrawal but I didn’t received balance 4000 so plzz check the atm recordings and solve my problem
