Refund pending fron two years

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am raising this complaint to the consumer court of India under the Ministry of consumer act against HDFC Bank Limited After repeated follow ups with HDFC bank for the last 2 years and also by visiting the branch on several occasions to get my refund against the wrong online transaction that was made via HDFC bank debit card in January 2019. The amount of Rs 56,980 has not beed issued to me despite the fact that the branch manager has agreed that the money was not reversed into my account. Infact i have given the reference number to the bank several time. This complaint was emailed to the CEO Mr. Puri and nobody has given any solution. All i am hearing from last 1 year that the request of reversal has been requested and we are waiting for a revert. This is hard money and i deserve to get a compensation in terms of 2 years Interest from HDFC for not refunding my own money. The reference number of my complaint is HBL=070-551-288 in their records which your department can verify. Can you please make a note of this and help me to get my money back as this is pending from past two years. There has been no solution to this and your department has to intervene for justice and fair amount of compensation. I have all the records of emails and replies which can be shared for your reference as and when needed.
