Unable to use the internet from my Wi-Fi. And not even getting the refund.

Hello my name is Ronak Dandotiya, I've installed Airtel wi-fi connection in my house on 11-08-23. But since 13-08-23 I have not been able to use the internet as it is not working. I've done complaint about my issue in the Airtel Customer Care for about 10 times. and it's the fourth day that i am completely unable to use the servies and none of my problem has been solved.
After waiting for two days when I asked their team to close my connection and refund the money I paid, I was told that I will not get any refund as I bought a 6 month plan which I think is completly wrong. If I have'nt been able to use the services more than a day Then what is point of paying 3003rs.
Being a student i cannot afford this kind of loss.
I request the Consumer Forum to look into this matter and make Airtel solve my issue by either getting my Internet Work or By giving my money Back.
