Airtel DTH team did not Fix the Dish and LNB

Recently I purchased one DTH Xtream number 3050808940-001, linked with mobile number 9910986928.

All went well, however, the person who came to fix the DTH set-top box did something wrong, he did not install dish and LNB on the roof rather he connected the wire with someone else Dish and left, after a few days building maintenance team came and told me that your wire is fixed absolutely wrong and they have to remove this, then I called Airtel team to fix the wire properly again and the engineer came he told me that previous technician did not fix dish and LNB, for which I would like to raise a complaint.

The name of the Engineer is Laxman and his mobile number is 9926523219. Airtel should fix dish and LNB and connect the same properly.
