Excess amount not refunded

Airtel Complaint Complaint Date: December 3, 2020
Airtel not refunding my excess amount having in airtel account. Chasing since 5th november,2020 , raised 7-8 tickets , sent transaction reference number , cancelled cheque thrice and still they are calling and fooling us. No resolution yet. Kindly help.
