Tyre apollo defect and Bursted during drive

Tyre defect and Bursted during drive.

I had purchased four apollo tyres 185/60 r15 alnac bearing mfg no 2316 on 11.10.2016.

On 20.Nov 2016. tyre got bursted. Reported complaint to apollo tyres on same date to resolve the issue with complaint number CBKCQL93.

On discussion with Dealer(Raj Tyres, Waluj) he informed to submitt the tyre for inspection by the Apollo engineer.

Also on discussion with Apollo helpline i was informed to submitt the same to dealer.

On 21st the tyre was submitted, did not get response thereafter for several days either from Manufacturer or the dealer inspite of follow up.

email communication also given to compliance officer apollo tyres on 25th nov, 27th, 30th and on 2nd Dec apart from follow up with service team but with no reply.

On 5th dec i was assured by compliance officer to get reply on my replacement.

on 6th Dec. i received a message for receipt of tyre (receipt no 0916711146) and another message in 1 minute stating that tyre did not had any manufacturing defect and replacement is rejected.

I am unable to understand the checking method, also how come they easily reject the plea for replacement.

even a shoe torn is given replaced.
i had escaped a accident had a near miss with a tyre burst.

explaination is given that tyre burst happens because of puncture.

wonder i have been driving for last 10 years.

need a explanation from the manufacturer and replacement.
