Snapdeal not paying compensation for defective product

Dear sir
I had earlier sent you the same complaint on 05 Oct 2016. because of your intervention snapdeal replied and said that they will pay the compensation. since then they just give call and say the case is under process. They have irritated and cheated me since last 3 months. I would request if you could help me out and take action against the company as early as possible so that many people get saved from this fraud company.

I had ordered a product kraftorium Josephine bar cabinet on 11 aug 2016. I received a defective product and not as per description shown. When I asked for replacement snapdeal told me that product is not available with seller and I should repair it. Snapdeal promised me that compensation amount of repair cost will be refunded to me. I am waiting since then and called them time and again but they made false promises that I will get the amount. They took my bank details for refund and copy of bill for repairing the same. Now after around 40 days, snapdeal is saying that they didn't commit on refund of compensation and will not get any refund. I had claimed for Rs 8000.00 as repair cost with original bill. My order ID is 14615797848 and ref no is 28781359. Also there is no way I can contact them. They don't receive my call and never reverted back to me. They don't reply to emails. Please help me resolve the issue and get the refund. Thanks.
