Complaint against Snapdeal taken money but not given me the product

I have ordered IFB washing machine with Extended warranty which cost me about 38000 on 10-10-2016 but still today i have not received the product. I have made complain to Snapdeal regarding this for 7 Times but still i have not received any response or call and every time when i have called them they said i will receive a call within 24 hrs but its more than 20 days now but still 24 hrs not over.
