I had ordered shoes from hippily.com. It took around a month for delivery. The product received was not of proper size and was defective. I myself couriered back the product via DTDC courier services as per conversation with hippily.com. But the amount is not yet refunded nor are the company people responding back after regular requested updates. This eCommerce site has done both monetary loss and brought mental frustration.

    Hippily.com - RETURN REQUEST ..NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

    hi, i bought a shoes from hippily.com my order no is #2695995578 around 20 days back, amounting Rs 1698/- and got the delivery on 4/03/17 however, the size big and quality is poor. so,on the same date i mailed on support@hippily.com within an hour of product received. I m mailing them from last two days for reverse pick up and the permission to return it from my end but in-spite of so many reminders there is no reply from their end . today i wanted to return them and was looking for the return policy and contact details . but i could not find it anywhere and return policy page says it doesnt exist and neither i could find the contact anywhere. provide me with the details to return the product....this is highly unprofessional ism from this online site. kindly advice how i can sort out this issue. i have all the proofs of my mails sent to them.
