Dear Sir,
On 23.03.16, i was booked a product (DR.ACTIVE TENS DIGITAL THERAPY, 1 + 1 free) from online booking web www.bigbossstore.com as amount Rs 2290/- & Rs 150/- shipping charges as cash on delivery. On 31.03.16 i was got the wrong product i.e AIR BRA (3 pkts)instead of my product. Then after i was called to bigbossstore on 0872-7095840 regarding this matter. Then they assurance to me that bi-mistakely it was done. Same day anyhow our customer was to be called you over phone and discuss about this matter. After than i was given 2 mails to them and several times phone to them.but there is no response from their site or pick up my phone also. Details are below format.

As per my order on 23.03.16, It was DR ACTIVE DIGITAL MESSAGE THERAPY, But yesterday, i was shocked when i was getting your parcel from courier , it was air bra (3 pkts) as per attached sheets. Where is ur product invoice. Till date i am not getting the invoice also.
How is it possible. Kindly check at your end and confirm soon. Its a very shame on your company. Pls rectify as soon as possible to get my actual product.
