They didnt ship item and also they didnt send me my refund .

Dear sir,
I(Rishabh gaur) booked an Lcd screen for karbonn a30 mobile phone (23-06*2016) on shopperstech.co.in price 1750.00 INR. It books a order when you pay the amount at the time of booking.so i paid 1750 INR at the time of booking for this they use payumoney as a payment gateway. First they cancled the order after 15 days on booking , and till now(03-08.2016) i didnt receive my money back .sir please consider my problem because I am a student and my family conditions are not good.
