sir, i purchased a nokia phone from rediff.com my order no was 13665348, the phone they sent me was actually a duplicate and defective phone and after lot of complaints they took that phone . and after that around one month later they mailed that they cant replace the phone so they send me a refund link. I gave them my all bank details, but still to date around 40 working days have passed they have not refunded my money.
