Complaint against Snapdeal is not paying compensation amount

I had ordered a product kraftorium Josephine bar cabinet on 11 aug 2016. I received a defective product and not as per description shown. When I asked for replacement snapdeal told me that product is not available with seller and I should repair it. Snapdeal promised me that compensation amount of repair cost will be refunded to me.
I am waiting since then and called them time and again but they made false promises that I will get the amount. They took my bank details for refund and copy of bill for repairing the same.
Now after around 40 days, snapdeal is saying that they didn't commit on refund of compensation and will not get any refund.
I had claimed for Rs 8000.00 as repair cost with original bill. My order ID is 14615797848 and ref no is 28781359.
Also there is no way I can contact them. They don't receive my call and never reverted back to me. They don't reply to emails.
After your intervention they replied but still didn't refund money and are only giving false promises.
Please help me resolve the issue and get the refund. Thanks.
