Complaint about mayoneor.com To display one and delivered bad,different size product

They displayed one product and delivered the worst quality product which is not even matching the color or the size. I was send email on its website and there's no proper response from them and the email ID is which I send email is caremayoneor@gmail.com
My Product Id is OID388439 and this has been Booked on Sep 15, 2016 Sep 23, 2016 12:22:38 AM and Delivered on Sep 26, 2016 Afternoon when I was in college, product was collect my sister and paid amount of the product but she couldn't check the product was properly or not that time when it was delivered but evening I come into The Home and checked product I see which product I have received a product that is totally different from the description and color,size is not match with both shoes one is left leg shoes 10 and right leg shoes is 8 and there inside bottom part was not properly
I would like to request you kindly replace the product with actual or resend the amount. I shall be very thankful to you for your support.
