I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE FOR 1 MI 20800 mAh POWER BANK VIDE ORDER NO. 100005497 ON 30-08-2016 to VARIDEAL.

BUT THEY SUPPLIED 1 PIECE OF MI 10400 INSTEAD OF MI 20800.

I AM TRYING TO CONTACT OVER THE PHONE NUMBER 011-66575920 BUT PHONE CAN NOT BE PICKED BY ANYONE.

I HAD BEEN LODGED MY COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE ON 2ND,3RD & 4TH SEPTEMBER 16.

BUT THEIR IS NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.

NOW YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULIN THE MATTER,SO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO GET MY CORRECT ITEM (ie Mi 20800 mAh Power Bank FOR WHICH I HAD BEEN PAID Rs.899=) FROM THE COMPANY OR MY AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.
