Booked one Coolpad Mobile note 3 handset from Ebay.in NOT at time for delivery

Dear all,

WOuld like to inform you that I have booked one Coolpad Mobile note 3 handset from Ebay.in ( Online Shopping ) where they committed 5 days Delivery schedule, and when inquire after 5 days they said their delivery solution will deliver after 2 days, but now 10 days gone were Neither ebay have any clue about product delivery nor I have any update about my stuff.

to inquire real thing I just called on Ebay helpline No. 18002093229 where they are asking for 3 more working days, it means almost 14 days.

Due to such i asked exeuctive to cancel my order and return my amount, where again they are taking 5-7 working days. which is really ridiculous, they are making money through customer hard earn money, and also waisting time of customer in follow-up of such order.

I request you to publish and investigate such issues where online portal are doing such wrong tactics and using peoples hard earn money for their usages, it also need to penalised with some amount so that any fraud or breach with conditions they should be penalised with amount. Hope someone will take action.
