Complaint about Multiple MRPs for Packaged Drinking water and cold drinks

Hello Team,

Its very usual practice now days that packaged drinking water & cold drinks companies are charging exorbitant amounts on the products.
Although government has a regulation on not charging the amount more than MRPs, companies has found a way out by printing higher amounts as MRP & mentioning it as specially packed for partners.
Partners are the Movie multiplex & Malls selling the drinks at higher prices.
This is cheating as same drink at the normal shops is available at much lesser prices than the higher amount asked by mall/multiplxes.
Eg. Aquafina water bottle of 500Ml is available at grocery shops at Rs.10 while same bottle is being sold at malls/multiplxes at Rs.30/40.
