Shopclues Damaged Product , Refund and reverse pick up

Brought the Bass product Tube on 14 june, from Shopclues ; for Rs 4400/- which was delivered in damaged condition , i wrote mail with damaged product/ packaging snaps ..they assured for refund and reverse pick up ..but till date no action has been taken from Shopclues ...and no update ..please take necessary action ...
