Refund has not initiated, Airtel team to convert my prepaid no (9599071697) to postpaid.

I requested to Airtel team to convert my prepaid no (9599071697) to postpaid.but after multiple try they were unable to convert my prepaid no to postpaid due to some technical reason and Airtel executive also confirmed me that this no con't convert prepaid to postpaid then i recharged my prepaid no with 448 Rs.
but next day Airtel team converted my prepaid no to postpaid without my confirmation.i want my 448 Rs refund or adjust with my postpaid no but customer executive denied to for the same.
