Airtel Overcharging - received my monthly bill from Airtel for my postpaid number

I received my monthly bill from Airtel for my postpaid number. The bill was for Rs. 32000 which was unusually high. My usual bill ranges from 1200-1300. When I contacted customer service, they said that the maximum portion of bill charges were due to data consumed on international roaming. I did travel during the bill period, however, I did not use any data on this number. Firstly, I did not use this number while travelling as I had another international sim. Secondly, I have data barring activated on the number in concern for international data. I contacted Airtel regularly by writing emails and calling them but to no avail. They even agreed that I had data barring activated but still insist that I pay the bill. The charges are baseless and unreasonable and hence I am filing this complaint. They are trying to Harass me and my family by sending two/three people to my house for collection. Hoping to find justice soon.
