Product Deliver to Wrong Person On Road Delivery & still not refunded my amount Tottly Fraud

hello this is my order no OD607373003924106000 For Samsung ON5 Gold Mobile placed on 19/10/2016. When it reached to hub they deliver to some other person / On road delivery without any ID-PROOF of that person. i go to office for getting my product they decline to give me that product and say we deliver that product to other person . they say do what you want file complaint or anything. they miss behave with me very badly, i complaint in flipkart support for getting my product back to me they say we arrange delivery but olready courier partner delivered that product to other person. i ask for proof of delivery like VOTERCARD/ADHAR CARD/PASSPORT they get ANY proof with prepaid order but in this case they not taking any id proof from that person.. Courier person are tottaly fraud. they say aftert delivery you will not do anything of our company. AFter checking all details by flipkart and Not getting any proper confirmation & ID-PROOF delivery of that person they say we will refund your amount completely but still not getting refund. PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THIS I WANT MY REFUND BACK OR OTHER WISE I FILE FIR FOR THAT PRODUCT, I HAVE ALL BANK DETAILS AND TRANSCTION DETAILS AND OF THAT ORDER THIS IS LAST WHEN I WAIT FOR LITTLE BIT MORE OTHER WISE I LL TAKE ACTION FINALLY

Now flipkart not reply in my mail last mail i recieved from flipkart is this
