Complaint against Whaaky.com company not returning my money back

I order whaaky for the products on dated 10.07.16 with order number S801657928 through online shopping by Rs.2297/ and they sent me spurious, low quality and teared clothes on dated 15.07.16. i immediately informed them about this with the pictures of the products.

I returned the same products on 18.07.16 through ON DOT couriers service no. 640052572 by paying Rs 300/-.
I asked them so many times for refund my money with reference mails on dated 20.7.16, 25.07.16,03.08.16, 05.0816, 15.08.16, 23.08.16, 09.09.16, 12.0916 Reminders.
But they didn't refund my money back till today dateted 02.10.16.
