Fraud in online shopping, ordered an MDF jewellery case from paytm.com

I have ordered an MDF jewellery case on 19/7/2016 with Order ID #1899660644 from paytm. They send a mail that they shipped it on 21/7/2016 by DTDC. But I was unable to get its status till 24/7/2016. So I sent them a mail for the same. They generated a ticket with id 04783106. After some time they told me that product has been delivered. But it was not. Therefore I file the complaint again and they again generated a ticket with id 04862567. After that wrong product is delivered (Roll n go case) on 25/7/2016. I again complaint for the same and they again generated a ticket with id 04942759 but they did not reply for the same and neither they have taken any action from last two days. I am completely frustrated from this.
