Sir, My wife placed order for women unstitched material on 5july2016 having order no 102619063,102619064,102619065,102619066 from Craftsvilla, they supplied low Quality product after complaining on the same day they reverse pick up the products, and ask me to share any bank detail for refund of amount and since July 2016 continuously following Craftvilla, they are not interested to refund my amount back. They also trapped lot of online Customer I am one of them. I requested you to take some strong action against the online fraud company.
