Not applying recharge plan when payment done through app other than AirtelThanks

Airtel Complaint Complaint Date: April 29, 2020
I've recharged 7248932808 with ₹399. Payment successfully done through Phonepe,also generated operator reference id 1800775194.
Now Airtel customer care executive saying that they haven't received any recharge and asked me to recharge again only through AirtelThanks application. This is very disgusting experience. I am in emergency situation and not able to make calls and use internet, this is very disgusting, this is just harrasment of customers
