DTH Services - Worst Customer Service - Did not help

Have been trying to contact the airtel, Spoken with Anil Bhalerao Customer Care Helpline Executive who was very rude and did not want to assist. He only wanted to get rid of me. I requested him to transfer the line to escallation desk he refused to transfer me to the same. i asked him for the supervisor / manager he said nobody is there. I requested him to get me Applet / Nodle officer number he said he will not provide and hung up on me.

This is definately worst customer services.
