There is very very very worst experience from your side from last 5 days I can't see the my selected HD package of Dth, Everyone given me wrong information form 1st of February to today 5th Feb, 15 to 25 times I was call your customer service know one solved my problem & know one start witch i selected my package if today I can't see my selected HD package than I disconnect your airtel dth & switch to any other Dth company
2 time i am selected my package of your channel No 998, 1st Feb (Thanks for selecting new pack on your airtel DigitalTV! We have received your request and we will send you a confirmation SMS once your plan is activated) this massage received me from your side on 1st Feb 11.32 pm & 2nd Feb 2.07 pm, 3rd time i am selected my package to called your customers care 5th Feb today at 9am still u can't see what I want my package
